1. Independent Contractor Relationship

You acknowledge that you are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or legal representative of Maids of Dallas. You are free to accept or decline any job assignment offered. This agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.

2. Job Acceptance & Completion

You agree to review all job details (location, scope, access info) prior to accepting. You must arrive on time, professionally dressed, and ready to perform services as agreed. Jobs must be completed in full according to checklists or client requests.Late arrivals, no-shows, or repeated cancellations may result in deactivation.

3. Professional Conduct

You agree to be courteous, respectful, and non-disruptive while on-site.Any inappropriate behavior, theft, harassment, or misconduct is grounds for immediate termination of this agreement. You will not solicit business directly from Maids of Dallas clients.

4. Tools & Supplies

You are responsible for providing your own cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed upon. All tools must be in safe and working condition.

5. Payment & Compensation

Maids of Dallas will pay you for completed and confirmed jobs on a weekly basis via direct deposit. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and licensing. You acknowledge that no benefits (health, PTO, etc.) are provided.

6. Background Checks & Compliance

All subcontractors must pass a background check and may be subject to periodic reviews. You must maintain compliance with local, state, and federal laws while performing services.

7. Confidentiality

You agree not to disclose or use any confidential client information (addresses, alarm codes, preferences, etc.) for any reason outside the scope of the assigned job.

8. Damage & Liability

You agree to notify Maids of Dallas immediately of any damage caused during a cleaning job. Contractors may be held responsible for property damage due to negligence or misuse of materials.

9. Deactivation & Termination

Maids of Dallas reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time for poor performance, policy violations, or loss of client trust. You may also terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice.

10. Agreement Acceptance

By signing or submitting your onboarding form, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and affirm that all information you provide is accurate.
