Do I need experience to apply?

Experience is a plus but not required. We work with both seasoned pros and newcomers. What matters most is your work ethic, attention to detail, and professionalism.

How do I get jobs once I’m onboarded?

After completing onboarding, you’ll get access to our scheduling system. Jobs are assigned based on your availability, location, and performance history.

Is this a W-2 job or independent contracting?

All cleaning professionals work with us as independent subcontractors (1099). You have control over your hours and workload.

How often do I get paid?

We pay weekly via direct deposit. You’ll receive payment for all completed and confirmed jobs during that pay period.

Can I choose which days I work?

Yes! You set your availability and choose the days you want to work. We do ask for consistency to ensure smoother scheduling.

Do I need my own supplies and equipment?

We recommend having your own basic supplies (vacuum, mop, etc.), but we also offer guidance on what’s required. Some clients may provide supplies as well.

Do I need a car?

Reliable transportation is strongly preferred. Many jobs require travel across Dallas, and being mobile helps ensure steady bookings.

Is there a background check?

Yes. All subcontractors must pass a basic background check before working with clients. This helps us maintain a safe and trusted service.
