These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of residential and commercial cleaning services (“Services”) provided by

Maids of Dallas, LLC

(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to any individual or entity (“Client,” “you,” or “your”).

By booking a service with Maids of Dallas, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Scheduling

All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or email.We require accurate property details (square footage, number of rooms, etc.) for proper quoting.Appointment slots are based on availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed.


2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.Same-day cancellations or lockouts may incur a $50 fee. Repeated cancellations may result in denial of future service.


3. Access to Property

You are responsible for providing access to your home or property at the time of service. If we are unable to access the property, a lockout fee may apply. Entry can be granted via door code, key, lockbox, or in-person handoff.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. If we missed something, let us know and we’ll return to re-clean the area at no additional cost. Complaints must be submitted to [email protected] within 24 hours of service.


5. Client Responsibilities

Please declutter surfaces and floors before your scheduled clean. Secure all valuables, cash, jewelry, and sensitive documents.Notify us in advance of any pet-related instructions, hazards, or special needs.

6. Pets

We are pet-friendly, but pets must be secured during the cleaning if aggressive or anxious.We are not responsible for pets that escape due to unsecured entryways.


7. Damages & Liability

Our cleaners take the utmost care, but accidents can happen. Please report any issues within 24 hours. Maids of Dallas is not liable for pre-existing damage, improperly installed fixtures, or items not secured.

8. Payment Policy

All payments are due upon completion of service. We accept credit/debit cards through our secure system. Additional cash tips are accepted at the discretion of the service provider in person. Maids of Dallas does is not party to additional tips for exceptional service. Late payments may result in suspended service or a late fee.


9. Recurring Services

Recurring clients are expected to maintain regular appointments. Price adjustments may occur if home conditions change significantly between visits.

10. Right to Refuse Service

Maids of Dallas reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including unsafe working conditions, harassment, or misrepresentation.

11. Privacy & Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. All client information, property access codes, and contact details are kept strictly confidential and only used for service delivery.
